Service Information - Payment

A retainer necessary to reserve our services. Upon receipt of the retainer, we then begin all of the processes necessary in the production of your event. All details are transcribed into a formal Agreement and we request your review and signature for confirmation of the details. We understand that the Agreement represents your very special event and we want all details to be correct.

Our general guideline for payments is 50% for reservation with scheduled payments as the event planning progresses further. We understand that many vendors also request retainers/deposits for their services,so please let us know if you need a different payment planning process. Exceptions in the retainer fee are dependent upon individual circumstances - please ask our planners.

We all amend the Agreement as needed to ensure that it is updated accurately with all information surrounding your order with MEP. Should cancellation become necessary (for any reason), we do follow our Cencellation Standards regarding refunds or transfers.
